26 year old female has hypomastia and desired volume augmentation with a natural looking breast. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants - submuscular.
Right - 330 CC. Left - 350 CC.
Desired volume and fullness were achieved with natural cleavage. Incision concealed in the infra mammary fold.
Infra mammary fold was created by to achieve a natural result and maintaining the upper breast fullness.
Nipple position and projection was maintained in a natural position after surgery.
