26 year old female desired fuller and larger volume breasts also wanted to create cleavage. Underwent bilateral breast augmentation with silicone breast implants, submuscular.
This patient achieved her desired result of fuller larger volume breasts with natural cleavage.
Upper breast fullness with natural nipple projection was achieved.
Incision placed in the infra mammary fold.
