Breast Augmentation Case #7680

27 year old female was unhappy with the shape and volume of her breast. She underwent bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with saline implants.
Right - 430. CC Left - 450 CC.
Desired volume and fullness with a natural looking cleavage was achieved. The incision was concealed in the infra mammary fold.
Upper breast fullness and cleavage was achieved.
The position and projection of the nipples was restored to a natural position on the breast.
