46 year old woman with bilateral 320cc silicone implants was diagnosed with right breast cancer. Patient underwent bilateral nipple sparring mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction using tissue expanders. Three months post surgery the patient underwent a bilateral exchange of tissue expanders to 650cc Xtra High Profile Silicone Implants.
Post operative photos were taken at 2.5 months.
