56 year old female had bilateral mastectomy and chemotherapy for breast cancer. Presented for a delayed breast reconstruction. Tissue expander was placed initially then exchanged with silicone implant followed with fat grafting and nipple reconstruction.
Reconstruction was performed 10 months after mastectomy.
Upper breast fullness was achieved with fat graft.
