This 51-year-old patient underwent total bilateral mastectomies after being diagnosed with left breast cancer. Dr. Shenaq placed tissue expanders at the time of mastectomy. After in-office expansions were complete the expanders were exchanged with 335cc silicone implants. To complete her reconstruction journey this patient opted for 3D nipple and areola tatooing.
