Breast Case #8280

48 year old female diagnosed with right breast cancer chose to have bilateral mastectomy. Preoperatively she has breast ptosis (droopiness) that required tailoring the breast skin at the time of placement of the tissue expander to plan for a lifted reconstructed breast. Later she underwent exchange of the expander with silicone breast implant, and fat grafting.
Nipple Reconstruction and tattooing was done at a later stage. Her result showed scars similar to those of a breast lift procedure.
After reconstruction the breasts are lifted with a more youthful appearance.
