This 46-year-old patient was diagnosed with right breast cancer and underwent a bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy with Direct-To-Implant breast reconstruction using 300cc high profile silicone implants. Dr. Shenaq also performed a nerve graft to the nipple/areola complex to maintain feeling and sensation.
