This patient was diagnosed with left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with tissue expanders placed immediately through the inframammary fold. Three months post-op her tissue expanders were exchanged with 350cc Moderate High Profile Xtra silicone implants. Post-op photos were taken at 1-year.
