42 year old female with right breast cancer chose to undergo bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with tissue expander and allograft followed by exchange with silicone breast implant. Patient was interested in keeping same breast volume as her original natural size. The incision for the mastectomy and reconstruction was concealed in the infra mammary fold. Upper fullness achieved with implants only.
