Breast Case #9300

53 year old white female diagnosed with left breast cancer underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and immediate reconstruction with tissue expander and allograft. Later the patient underwent exchange of tissue expander with silicone breast implants and fat grafting.
Preoperatively patient has asymmetrical small volume breasts. She desired bilateral mastectomy and fuller breasts.
The incisions were concealed in the infra mammary fold, nipples were preserved and the volume was augmented with silicone implant.
Desired fullness of the upper breast was achieved with fat grafting using the patients own fat harvested via liposuction from the abdomen.
