The patient is a 55 year old African American woman who was complaining of heaviness and droopiness of the breasts with large areola. Considering her ethnicity she was concerned about visible scars. She wanted to correct these problems but keep relatively large breast size.
Pre Surgery Size F Post Surgery patient achieved her desired result of a partially reduced and lifted Full D breast.
Patient achieved a result of a reduced areola and lifted nipple with a youthful appearance of the breast.
The breast after surgery is in proportion to the patients frame with cleavage, upper fullness and minimally visible scars.
