27-year-old patient underwent a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate reconstruction using tissue expanders post BRCA+ results and a significant family history of breast cancer. Two months post-surgery bilateral tissue expanders were exchanged with 450cc Mentor Xtra High Profile Smooth Round Silicone implants. Post-operative photos were taken at two weeks.
