As our Practice Administrator at Plastic Surgery of Houston, Marcie Payne happily ensures that our patients come first and all their needs are met with the highest regards of medical safety. Marcie oversees all personnel and remarks on how they are a pleasure manage. She interviews and trains newly hired front desk and administrative staff. Managing the day-to-day operations of our office, Marcie organizes Dr. Shenaq’s consultation and surgery schedule to make sure he is not overbooked to keep the workflow running smoothly.
