Bilateral Capsulectomy, Implant Exchange of Saline to Silicone with Breast Lift

The patient underwent breast revision which included a bilateral implant exchange of saline to silicone implants, capsulectomy, and breast lift. She previously had 13 year old, 490cc saline implants. She wanted to exchange the saline implants for smaller 450cc xtra high silicone implants, and address the breast ptosis with a bilateral mastopexy.
