Saline Implant Deflation, Explant, with Breast Lift - Dr. Shenaq in Houston, TX

This patient had in-office deflation prior to explanting her implants and also undergoing a bilateral breast lift or mastopexy. Deflating saline implants about 6 weeks prior to surgery not only allows the skin to shrink but is also a helpful step for the patient and surgeon to get a better idea if the implants should be exchanged or if the patient has enough natural tissue to give her the outcome she desires.
