36 year old female with absent breasts from previous mastectomy. Patient underwent chemotherapy treatment prior to her delayed DIEP flap reconstruction. Second stage reconstruction, liposuction was preformed on hips and flanks for fat grafting to bilateral breasts and bilateral nipple reconstruction. Nipple/areola was tattooed 6 weeks from previous procedure.
