Nipple spearing breast DIEP flap reconstruction with fat grafting

36 year old female who underwent immediate breast reconstruction post BRCA+ results. Immediate skin sparring reconstruction with tissue expanders was performed. Patient was expanded for 4 months prior to her second stage reconstruction that consisted of DIEP flap. After 3 months from previous procedure, liposuction of hips and flanks with fat grafting was performed to contour the body, providing the patient an increase in upper breast fullness.
