39 year old Hispanic female, athletic trainer diagnosed with early left breast cancer. Due to the patients small breast volume she chose to undergo nipple sparing mastectomy of the left breast and immediate reconstruction with tissue expander and allograft. Later she underwent exchange of the left tissue expander with silicone implant and the right breast was augmented with a smaller implant to achieve symmetry.

The left nipple was preserved and the incision designed to be concealed in the infra mammary fold. Breast volume was achieved to the patient's desire and lifestyle. More
