Breast Reconstruction - Tissue Expander/Breast Implant/Nipple Reconstruction

48 year old female diagnosed with right breast cancer chose to have bilateral mastectomy. Preoperatively she has breast ptosis (droopiness) that required tailoring the breast skin at the time of placement of the tissue expander to plan for a lifted reconstructed breast. Later she underwent exchange of the expander with silicone breast implant, and fat grafting.
