43 year old female who had left mastectomy followed by radiation. Eight years after mastectomy patient was interested in reconstructing the left breast utilizing the excess fat from her abdominal wall. She underwent delayed DIEP flap reconstruction followed later with reduction of the right breast for symmetry.

The breast reconstruction was achieved while simultaneously removing the fat from the abdomen and improving its contour and shape. More

Breast volume and shape on the left side was restored utilizing the patients own fatty tissue obtained from the abdominal wall through the DIEP flap procedure. The right breast was reduced and lifted to obtain symmetry at the time of the left nipple reconstruction. More
